Roshn Villas

The company implemented infrastructure works for the sewage network within the student housing at Jubail University, including the construction and extension of internal networks according to the highest technical specifications and approved engineering standards. The work also included the efficient implementation of a chiller network, ensuring system integration and sustainable performance to serve the university housing facilities.

Boulevard Hall

The electrical work in the project included installing cable tray panels, connecting wires and switches, in addition to installing lighting systems. A rainwater drainage system was also designed and installed to avoid water accumulations and ensure the safety of the area.

ARC is proud to continue implementing electromechanical works at the Periodic Inspection Station Project in Al Qunfudhah Governorate. This includes electrical works, installation of heating and air conditioning systems, including the installation and insulation of water and drainage systems, in addition to the fire network and the necessary connections to test and operate all systems efficiently.
